Founded in 2004, NATCOM is a specialist provider of Managed Fibre Optic Internet services and Internet Security products for enterprise, education and government. A wholly-owned subsidiary of NATCOM, Associated Media Limited (aMedia) provides interactive advertising and online marketing services. aMedia's brands include New Zealand's leading online and mobile voucher marketing business Vouchermate. NATCOM's investments include a significant shareholding in NZX-listed SmartPay Limited (NZX: SPY), New Zealand's leading provider of technology services for merchants and retailers and owner of the Provenco and Cadmus payments businesses.
